Allyson Felix

#OverIt Moment: Post Olympic run, Felix has made it her mission to empower and improve children’s lives through sports. She especially wants to teach girls how to become strong and confident and to teach them to through sport or activity that no matter what you can try your hardest and do your best.

Allyson Felix was born on November 18, 1985 in Los Angeles, California. The six-time track and field Olympic Gold medalist graduated from USC in 2008 with a degree in elementary education. Competing in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes as well as the 4x400 relay race, Felix is one of the most decorated female athletes with a total of nine Olympic medals. She has become the youngest gold medalist to sprint at the World Champions in Helsinki, Finland as well as attend six Olympic games.
